On one of our walks, Lucy stopped and drew my attention upwards to a commotion going on above our heads.
Two squirrels were having rambunctious sex on a tree branch.
They were upside down.
One moment later, the girlie squirrel lost her grip on the skinny branch. Both squirrels fell to the ground, righting themselves on the way down, and scurried away in separate directions.
We can all get a little squirrely when we’re in love, yes?
